Asian Cucumber Salad

Author: Jason Himmelstein 2 cucumbers 1 tablespoon kosher salt 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar 2 tablespoons splenda 1 tablespoon sesame oil Peel and slice cucumbers. toss cucumbers in salt and then transfer to colander for 30mins. mix rice wine vinegar, splenda, and sesame oil in the bowl that you tossed the cucumbers in salt after you wipe it out. after 30-45 minutes put the cucumbers into the mixture and set for 10-15 minutes. enjoy! |
