Pressure-cooked golden Yukon rosemary & garlic potatoes

  • Bag of golden small yukon potatoes
  • Handful of white pearl onions
  • 3-6 garlic cloves
  • 3-5 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 1 cup of vegetable stock salt

Wash and clean the potatoes then pierce them all the way through with a fork or small pairing knife. this is to attempt to get the flavors to get into the center of the potato. clean the onions. put all ingredients into pressure cooker (instapot). pressure cook for 12 mins. allow to cool and serve.
