Mark’s Perfect Salsa

- 2-3 fresh jalapenos (serranos will also work)
- 4-5 large ripe tomatoes
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro
- 2 Tablespoons lime juice
- Salt to taste
Combine all ingredients in a food processor, add additional jalapenos or tomatoes to get to the perfect amount of heat.
